Return & Refund Policy
At StyleByLibaas, we take great care to deliver high-quality products to our customers. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective product, we offer a return and refund under the conditions mentioned below.
Eligible for Return & Refund
- Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product is defective
- Unboxing video proof is mandatory
- The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded while unpacking the parcel
- The defect must be clearly visible in the video
Not Eligible for Return & Refund
- No unboxing video provided
- Video recorded after the package is opened
- Size, color, or design mismatch due to personal preference
- Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
- Damage caused after delivery or usage
Return Request Time
- The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Refund Process
- Once the video is verified and the return is approved, the refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
- Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval
How to Raise a Return Request
- Share the unboxing video on WhatsApp or Email
- Mention your Order ID and contact details
